On November 10, 2023, the Hudson Bay RCMP received a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian collision that occurred on a
grid road north of Carragana near the Pro Soils yard. Investigation determined a Pro Soils semi was turning out of the yard
onto the grid road and spun out on the ice causing the semi to block the road. When the semi driver exited the vehicle,
they were hit by a pickup truck that was driving around the stuck semi. The pickup truck failed to remain at the collision
scene and continued travelling southbound on the grid road towards Highway 23. The direction of travel of the pickup
truck is unknown after that. The collision occurred at approximately 3 PM on November 10, 2023.
Suspect vehicle is described as a 2010 – 2012 white Ford F150 with a word in white decaling on the back window that
starts with the letter “S”.
