Break, Enter & Theft to Cottage in the RM of Lumsden

The Lumsden RCMP are requesting assistance in identifying the suspect(s) involved in a break and enter to a seasonal cottage in the RM of Lumsden between the dates of November 13, 2022 and November 22, 2022. A 1965 Suzuki 80CC trailbike, a Venom Grizzly electric ATV were stolen and a 400 watt Solar panel. Tools and other household items were also stolen.

On December 24, 2022, the Wadena RCMP received a complaint of vandalism to the Ukrainian Catholic Church on Horkoff Avenue. A red Swastika was painted on the building.

Vehicle Thefts in Wadena

On December 14, 2022, the Wadena RCMP received a complaint that a 2009 Grey Chevrolet Impala was stolen on Portage Avenue in Wadena. On December 21, 2022 the Impala was recovered on the Wetlands Road south of Wadena.

On December 21, 2022, The Wadena RCMP received a complaint in the morning of a Black 2000 Chevrolet Silverado which was stolen from 3 Street NE in Wadena. The truck was later found north of Wadena on Highway 35. At this time it’s believed to be related to two other theft of vehicle complaints which occurred in Rose Valley and Archerwill.

Found Apple Ipad

A found Apple iPad was turned in to Martensville RCMP. Martensville RCMP are asking anyone who had an iPad stolen this year, likely in the area of Martensville, to contact the detachment with your name, contact info and any other identifying descriptors of the iPad. It will only be turned over to the rightful owner that has all of the correct information & identifiers.

Break & Enter at the Crazy Canuck Gas Station-Carnduff

On December 10, 2022 at 4:30 am, the Carnduff RCMP responded to a break and enter at the Crazy Canuck gas station and convenience store at Highway 9 and Highway 18 where numerous packages of tobacco and an office safe were stolen. The suspects entered through the south door after disabling the power meter.

Stolen Power Transformer From a Rig Site Near Glen Ewen

On November 3, 2022, the Estevan RCMP responded to an Motor Vehicle Collision north of Glen Ewen on the Meridian Road. During the course of the investigation it was discovered that a large metal power transformer had been stolen from a neighbouring rig site and was abandoned on the road after the MVC.

Break and Enter and Theft at a farm north of Colonsay

Recently Saskatoon RCMP received a complaint of Break and Enter and Theft at a farm north of Colonsay Sk.

Suspects entered a barn located at the farm and stole two Stihl brand chainsaws, a Hitachi generator, Mastercraft mig welder, helmet and grinder. Suspects also stole a green Yamaha Kodiac quad and a Gortzen utility trailer.

Saskatoon RCMP is reminding home owners to ensure that your home, garages and outbuildings are locked securely making your property a more difficult target for would be thieves.

Rural Break, Enter & Theft-Elfros/Leslie Area

The Wadena-Foam Lake RCMP had received two reports and are investigating break and enters that may have occurred between November 7th, 2022 and November 10th, 2022 in the Elfros/Leslie area.
The suspect(s) were likely driving a truck indicated by the tire tracks left in the snow. The suspect(s) may likely be targeting storage and utility sheds with farming tools and equipment. Some items that were stolen include: wrench set, socket set, pressure washer, water pumps, fuel jugs, etc.

Emerald Lake Break, Enter & Theft

The Blaine Lake RCMP is requesting the public's help in identifying the subjects, or subject vehicle, that was involved in a break and enter into a residence at Emerald Lake on November 15th, 2022 at 5:00pm. These individuals stole a TV, guns, Skidoo and a small trailer that was later located seven miles North East of Emerald Lake.

Sometime between the evening of November 9th, 2022, and the evening of November 13th, 2022, a 24ft 2014 Load Trail trailer was stolen from a rural property north of Benson, SK. The trailer has Saskatchewan plate 973 JDL. The stolen trailer is the same as the one in the attached stock photo.

On October 16th, 2022 at approximately 6:00am, two suspects cut the lock to the gate for CIC Electric in Watrous. They attempted to steal gas, but were unsuccessful. They opened all sea cans on site, however nothing was stolen. They then went to Hayter Drilling, and also attempted to steal gas from there, but were unsuccessful again.

On September 20, 2022, the Carnduff recreation board reported a theft of a 50 inch tv from the rink in Carnduff. Around the same time, the St. Andrews United Church had a break and enter where two males stole food from one of the refrigerators.

Theft of Tools/Trailers Between Margo and Fishing Lake

On September 18th, 2022, the Wadena RCMP received a complaint of trailers and tools being stolen from a rural location between Margo and Fishing Lake. It appears that the suspects were targeting rural and isolated yards. Attached is a picture of the trailer stolen from the area.

The Wadena RCMP is requesting information about anyone who is selling several tools along with trailers. The RCMP is also asking that the public check any properties where they are keeping storage in rural areas as this is becoming a common target for property crimes.

Break & Enter in the RM of Corman Park

On October, 11, 2022, two individuals entered a construction site off Llewellyn Road in the Rural Municipality of Corman Park where they proceeded to break into a mobile office trailer and an enclosed trailer. This occurred shortly after 7:00 pm when the males arrived in a early to mid 90's Ford 3/4 ton extended cab truck. The suspects stole various tools and equipment from the site.

Dog Poisoned in Wadena

On October 15th, 2022, an 8 month old dog was poisoned with strychnine at a residence in Wadena, Saskatchewan.

Fatal Hit & Run of Tyrell Longman

In the early morning of July 22, 2021, Tyrell Longman was found deceased on a grid road north of Gordon's First Nation. He was last seen alive around 3:50 a.m. on July 22, when he walked through the Security Check Point at the North entrance of Gordon First Nation.

He was fatally hit by a vehicle where he succumbed to his injuries.

RCMP are looking for any information regarding the fatal hit and run on Tyrell Longman.

Historical Criminal Negligence Causing Death

 

Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate a historical Criminal Negligence Causing Death which occurred on the night of May 4th, 1985. A grid road northeast of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan in the RM of Paddockwood was washed out from heavy rains that year and was marked with signs on both sides of the wash out.  Unknown person(s) removed the sign from one side of the washout; subsequently, 23 year old Jacqueline Lavoie drove her car into the washed out portion of the roadway and died from injuries sustained in the collision.  Two passengers were seriously injured.
