Damage to City Property

Melville RCMP is requesting the public's assistance locating the person(s) responsible for damaging a number of light posts in the community (photos attached). The incident is believed to have occurred sometime during the overnight hours of June 5, 2019. Bike Theft from Wascana Trails

On June 2, 2019 at approximately 2:00pm a black Specialized Camber mountain bike was stolen from the parking lot of Wascana Trails. The bike is black, with gold shaft shocks, carbon wheels, and orange handle bars. The suspects were driving a stolen white Jeep Wrangler.

Boat Motor Theft-Melfort

Between May 14th and May 17th 2019 an individual stole two boat motors from a storage compound on Broadway Ave. North. The individual is believed to have been in a white 4 door car.

Between May 31, 2019, at 7:00 pm and June 2, 2019, at 3:00 pm, someone kicked in the back door, at a residence in Young, Sask.

Hit & Run - Mankota

Ponteix RCMP received a complaint of hit and runs that occured on May 25th, 2019 between the hours of 2:30 am and 4:00 am with multiple street signs and vehicles being damaged. It is believed that a mid 2000's model GMC or Chevrolet model truck was in the event, the vehicle will have front end damage.

Theft of Catalytic Converters from Dealership

Unity RCMP are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the subject(s) responsible for the theft from and damages to 8 new diesel trucks at the Ford dealership in the Town of Wilkie. The theft was discovered on May 17th, and is believed to have occurred in the early morning hours of that date. In total 8 new diesel truck Catalytic Converters were stolen. The damages to the trucks is estimated to be in the neighbourhood of $50,000.

Police believe that a truck and trailer may have been involved in the theft and are asking for assistance in identifying the subject(s) responsible. Break and Enter- Unidentified People

On April 29, 2019, Lumsden RCMP responded to a break and enter in progress that occurred at approximately 2:10 p.m. at a rural property 5 kilometres southeast of Regina Beach, SK. The suspects fled from the scene when encountered by a neighbour.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the unknown male and female persons of interest seen in that attached composite sketches.

John Deere Skid Steer Thefts

White Butte RCMP are asking the public for their assistance with the following theft: sometime in the late winter or spring three John Deere skid steers were stolen from a business outside of Regina. They are 2018 or 2019 John Deere models 332G, 318G, or 314G and are each worth at least $54,000.

Theft of Motor Vehicles- Macklin, Saskatchewan

On April 27th, 2019 RCMP received a report that a vehicle had been broken into at the industrial park road area in Macklin. A dark coloured Chevrolet or Dodge truck was observed at the scene around the time of the incident.

On April 28th, 2019 RCMP received a report of a stolen white Ford F-250, a trailer and a New Holland skid steer from an oil site north of Macklin. An older model white Chevrolet Silverado was left at the scene. Armed Robbery-Duck Lake Bar

On Sunday May 5th 2019 at approxiamtely 11:00pm, an unknown male entered the Duck Lake bar on Front Street and brandished a knife in front of the bartender requesting the money from the till. The suspect was wearing a red toque, light grey sweater, black pants, black sunglasses, black gloves and used a red bandana to cover his face. Suspect was also describe as a short male subject, large build with a medium complexion. The suspect left with an estimate of $2900 and fled through the front door of the bar in an unknown direction.

Hit & Run-Melville

RCMP Melville Detachment is requesting the public's assistance locating the person(s) that are responsible for a hit and run to a vehicle in Melville, Saskatchewan. On April 18, 2019, at approximately 4:00 PM, an orange Chevrolet Colorado was parked in the parking lot at Tim Horton's in Melville. The vehicle was struck on the rear driver's side door causing damage to the door.

Police are asking the public to keep their eyes open for this sort of activity and gather as much information from the suspects or vehicles as possible.

Theft of Motorbike-North Battleford

On April 21, 2019 the theft of a 2012 KTM 450cc motorcycle was reported to Battlefords RCMP. It was stolen from a residence on the 700 block of 101st Street, North Battleford. This motorcycle, a dirt bike has distinctive features such as: orange fenders and fairings with black decaling, orange and white Dunlop shock covers on the front shocks.

Damage to Vehicle-Radville

Sometime between March 31, 2019, and April 2, 2019, unknown person(s) caused damage to a vehicle that was parked on the 400 block of Healy Avenue in Radville, SK.

The damaged vehicle is a White 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Damage to the vehicle has been estimated at more than $4000.

A large rock was used to smash the windshield and to scratch and gouge the paint on the damaged vehicle.

Theft of trailer- Midale

On March 11th at 4:15 am, an 18ft dual axil, Trail Tech trailer with Saskatchewan licence plate 029KMX, Vin# 2CUL31J9302033229, was stolen from a business in Midale, Sk. The trailer had a skid mounted, red, industrial pressure washer (Serial# 1165) with white water tank mounted on it. The trailer appeared to be taken by a newer model, dark coloured pickup truck.

Theft of Fuel

Between 2019-03-09 at 2100hrs and 2019-03-10 at 1630hrs, A large scale of fuel estimated at between 500-1000 litres was stolen from MURRON FARMS2 (poultry farm off Highway 305 between Martensville and Dalmeny).  The perpetrator gained entry to the property by cutting a gate link with bolt cutters and driving to the fuel tank prior to draining it. It is believed that the perpetrator may have been stealing fuel from the property starting in the fall of 2018.

Break & Enter - Aberdeen

On February 28, 2019 between 11:20 pm and 11:30 pm 2 unknown suspects we noted attempting to break into a residence on 3rd Avenue, in Aberdeen, Saskatchewan. The suspects were wearing dark clothing, face masks and one had a black jacket over top a red hoodie. A slingshot was used damaging a window.

Theft of Wheelchair Accessible Van-North Battleford

On Monday, April 1st, 2019 at 8:00 A.M., the Battlefords RCMP Detachment received a complaint of Stolen vehicle from a residence in the 1000 block of 113th street in North Battleford. The vehicle is described as a grey 2008 Pontiac Montana SV6. The vehicle is wheelchair accessible with a lift and controls to allow someone with disabilities to drive the vehicle. 
 
This investigation is on going. The RCMP are seeking the public`s assistance in this investigation.

Assist to Identify-Stolen Ford F250

On Tuesday March 12, 2019, at 3:50 a.m., a shop was broken in to in Rhein, Saskatchewan. Two male suspects stole a black 2012 Ford F-250 with Saskatchewan licence plate 325JMU. They were driving what appears to be an older model 4 door Buick car.

Historical Criminal Negligence Causing Death

 

Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate a historical Criminal Negligence Causing Death which occurred on the night of May 4th, 1985. A grid road northeast of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan in the RM of Paddockwood was washed out from heavy rains that year and was marked with signs on both sides of the wash out.  Unknown person(s) removed the sign from one side of the washout; subsequently, 23 year old Jacqueline Lavoie drove her car into the washed out portion of the roadway and died from injuries sustained in the collision.  Two passengers were seriously injured.
