Assist to Identify in Stolen Vehicle Investigation

Battleford RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the male and female persons in the attached photograph. Both subjects are persons of interest in an active stolen vehicle investigation.

North Battleford Robbery

On September 22, 2017 at 09:50 p.m. Battleford’s RCMP responded to a complaint of a robbery at a local business on 100 St. in North Battleford.

Unknown individuals entered the business and confronted an employee. The suspects were armed with bear spray. No injuries were sustained. Suspects made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.  Suspect 1 is described as a male, in a grey hoody, black jacket, and a red bandana. Suspect 2 is described as female with a grey jacket and white pants with black dots The matter is still under investigation. The  Battlefords RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the two suspects.

This matter is still under investigation and photos will be released once available.

Assist to Identify-Armed Robbery

On September 20, 2017, Battlefords RCMP responded to a complaint of an armed robbery at a local business in North Battleford.

Two unknown individuals entered the business and confronted an employee. The suspects were armed with an axe and bear mace. No injuries were sustained. Suspects fled after stealing multiple packages of cigarettes. Suspect 1 is described as a slender male, approximately 13-18 yrs of age, approximately 5'6" in height, wearing grey and purple hoodie, dark hat, bandana and multiple patterned backpack. Suspect 2 is described as a small male, 12-18 yrs of age, approximately 5'0'' in height and wearing a baggy purple hoodie and bandana.

The matter is still under investigation. The Battlefords RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the two suspects.

Bicycle Theft-Ponteix

Sometime between September 20th and September 24th, 2017, a blue Mongoose bicycle was stolen while parked on 1st Street West in Ponteix, SK.

Do you know this female?

A couple thefts occurred at a business on 101st Street in NORTH BATTLEFORD, SK on September 13th, 2017. Multiple liquor bottles were stolen from a business and reported to police. RCMP requests the public’s assistance in identifying the adult female in the video footage still.

Break, Enter & Theft-Blaine Lake

Blaine Lake RCMP and Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers are asking for your help and seeking information in solving the following crime which happened in the Blaine Lake district in Saskatchewan.

On September 5th, 2017 between the hours of 3:00 am and 7:00 am the Gas Plus was the victim of a Break, Enter and Theft. The suspect(s) gained entry through the front window of the gas station, once inside the suspect(s) proceeded to the back counter area and gained access to the gas station safe, cigarette cabinet and lotto tickets. The suspect(s) then left the station through the same window.

On September 21, 2017 the Maidstone RCMP was dispatched to a break and enter to a business east of Lloydminster, SK. It was determined that the suspects broke through a gate and stole the following:

Assist to Identify-Moosomin Thefts

Moosomin RCMP are attempting to identify the following male. The male is a person of interest in regards to Auto thefts, related Credit Card thefts and fraud in the Moosomin area. He appears to be a Caucasian Male, Black hair, approximately 6' tall, 200lbs, in his mid-thirties. The male has a tattoo or varicose veins on the back of his left calf muscle.

Assist to Identify-Outlook, Sk. Theft

Outlook RCMP are investigating a theft that occurred at AG Foods Store in Outlook, Sk. on August 21st 2017. Two older males entered the store around 7pm. One male went upstairs and entered the manager’s office and stole $500 cash from a till. The other male kept watch near the bottom of the stairs. The first male came back downstairs and the two of them left the store.

Assist to Idenify-Theft-south of Prince Albert

 

Between September 4, 2017 at 11:55 P.M. and September 5, 2017 at 12:20 A.M., a business south of Prince Albert, SK was broken into and items stolen including a lockbox and a debit point-of-sale terminal.   RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this theft.  Surveillance video images of a suspect, who is believed to be a female wearing a mask are attached.

Thefts-near Mosquito First Nation, SK

Sometime between 9 p.m. on September 12th and 10 a.m. on September 14th, 2017, suspects stole fuel, tools and stereos from swathers that were parked in a field north of the WILKIE grid, near Mosquito First Nation, SK.

Credit/Debit Card Theft


Warman RCMP are seeking assistance in identifying the male in the photo's. During the morning of September 14th, 2017, a number of vehicles had been rummaged through in Warman resulting in a wallet with Credit Cards and Debit cards being taken. The male in the photo's used the stolen Credit Card and Debit card at the Martensville 7-11 to purchase goods.

Vandalism to Canada Post Office - Unity, Sk.

Sometime overnight between September 10th and September 11th 2017, several mailboxes in the Canada Post Office in Unity were pried open. Various mail items were torn open and it is unknown if other items were taken. On August 17th 2017, it was reported that several parcel items had been taken from the after hours parcel boxes. Suspects were gaining access to the boxes and removing the parcels. As a result of these incidents, the Unity Post office has had to lock their doors to the public after hours to prevent further thefts. The RCMP would like to urge anyone with information on these or other incidents to contact the local detachment. There are no suspects at this time.

Attempt to Lure Child

On Wednesday September 13, 2017 Battleford’s RCMP responded to a complaint of a suspicious person attempting to lure a child into his vehicle.  The incident occurred on 92 St. in North Battleford at approximately 3:45 p.m.

An 11-year-old child was approached by an adult male who attempted to lure the child into his vehicle by offering him a ride home.   The child refused and the adult male continued to ask questions including where the child lived and what his phone number was.  The child got scared and ran home.

The adult male was reportedly driving a white van.

The adult male is described as; Caucasian in his late 30s to early 40s with brown hair, a moustache and wearing a red hat, grey pants and black shoes.

Battleford’s RCMP have completed a Composite Picture of the adult male (see attached) and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man. RCMP ask the public that if they do think they recognize the man or have any information in regards to who he may be to please call the police immediately and not approach him directly.

Jan Lake Break & Enters

Around late July and early August 2017, several properties in the resort area of Jan Lake were broken in to. The suspects broke in through windows or doors and stole money and small electronics and accessories.

Hit & Run-Battleford

Battleford RCMP are investigating a reported hit and run which occurred in the back alley on the 1100 block between 101st And 100th Street on the morning of September 6th, 2017.  Surveillance footage in the area shows a suburban striking a parked car with significant force causing damage to the passenger side.  The suburban stops briefly before fleeing the scene.  A male parked in another vehicle in the lot appears to have attempted to approach the driver after the collision, and police would also like for this person to come forward with any information they may have.  There are two attached videos of the suspect vehicle and the collision attached to this release.

Firearm Theft

On August 31st 2017, a house in Valparaiso was broke into between 1:00 p.m and 4:30 p.m. During the break in, a number of firearms and ammunition were stolen from the residence. The stolen firearms included an assortment of rifles and shotguns. It is believed that 2 adult males are responsible for this offence and that they could be driving a darker grey or black dodge truck with paint missing on the hood.

Attempted Child Luring-La Ronge

On Wednesday September 6, 2017 at approximately 4:00 p.m. La Ronge RCMP responded to a complaint of a 10-year-old child being approached by an adult male who attempted to lure the child into his vehicle using threats. The child ran away and the man drove off. The incident occurred on Studer St.

The adult male was reportedly driving an older-model, light-blue, Ford half-ton truck with rust around the wheels and possibly a broken passenger side window with tape and plastic over it. The truck had an Alberta license plate.

The adult male is described as; Aboriginal, in his 30s, dark hair with a short buzz cut, dark eyes, wearing a black “muscle shirt”, black shorts, sunglasses on his head and running shoes. He is described as having a number of tattoos including a tear-drop on his left eye and a skull on his left arm.

La Ronge RCMP are actively investigating and have increased patrols at key times when children are active in the community. Investigators are also asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man or providing any information regarding suspicious activity in the area at that time.

Hit & Run-Gravelbourg, Sk.

Members of the Gravelbourg RCMP are requesting assistance on a hit and run that occurred on 4th Avenue East in Gravelbourg, right out front of the Wylees Bar.

On August 25th 2017, around 09:30pm, suspect(s) hit a parked grey Dodge Ram Dually 3500 pickup truck, with Saskatchewan license plate 584HCZ. There may be grey paint transfer on the suspect vehicle.

Assist to Identify-Theft-Osage, Sk.

On July 25th at approximately 1700hrs a male drove into the town of Osage and stole numerous items from a red GMC truck. The suspect male then went to the local store and purchased a can of silver Rust-Oleum spray paint. Some of the stolen items have since been recovered in the Yorkton area. The male was driving a black Ford truck with purple rims. The attached pictures are of the suspect truck (with purple rims) and the suspect (grey t-shirt, black shorts).

ATV Theft-Oxbow, Sk.

On July 24th, 2017 the Carnduff RCMP were notified of a theft of a 2013 Polaris ATV from a residence in Oxbow, Sk. It is believed the event took place between the evening of July 23rd and July 24th.

Theft of Vehicle-Turnor Lake

In the early morning of Sunday, September 3rd, 2017 a red Chevy Cobalt was stolen from an address on Joe Bagg Avenue, Turnor Lake. The vehicle was later located damaged and abandoned in the woods just outside Turnor Lake. The individual responsible left both a black and green checkered fleece jacket (seen below) and a “John Player” cigarette butt on the driver seat. A piece of hose for funneling fuel was located in the trunk and snare wire was located in a jacket pocket.
Turnor Lake RCMP is looking for those individual(s) who are responsible. Both the RCMP and the Birch Narrows Dene Nation want those responsible to be held accountable for their actions.

Canwood Armed Robbery Suspect

On Thursday August 31, 2017, shortly after 11:00 p.m., Shellbrook RCMP responded to a complaint of an armed robbery at a business on Main Street in Canwood, SK.

A lone male suspect entered the business wearing a mask and a black and yellow hockey jersey with number 15 on the back. The suspect was holding a long barrelled firearm and pointed it at an employee. An undisclosed amount of cash as well as cigarettes were stolen from the business. The suspect then fled, possibly in an older-model, light-coloured, 4-door sedan. No one was injured in the incident.

Photographs of the suspect and the possible suspect vehicle taken from the business' security cameras are attached.

Members of the Gravelbourg RCMP are requesting assistance on a break and enter that occured at 2nd Avenue West in Lafleche.

Between the 24th and the 25th of August 2017, suspect(s) gained entry to the residence by climbing on the recycle bin and entering through a window.

Theft of Ipads-Cumberland House

On August 6th, 2017, at 03:10hrs during the night, RCMP members responded to multiple alarms at the Northern Store. When members arrived at the store, the back door of the building was open and two Ipads had been stolen from a display case beside the checkout area at the front of the store. The glass on the display case had been smashed. The Ipads are both brand new and white in color.

Armed Robbery-North Battleford

On August 24, 2017, shortly before 8:00 p.m., Battlefords RCMP responded to a complaint of an armed robbery at a local business in North Battleford.

Two suspects entered the business and made a small purchase. While the cash register was open, one of the suspects pulled out what appeared to be a handgun and pointed it at the cashier prior to fleeing. No injuries were sustained. Suspect 1 is described as a slender First Nations male with black shaggy collar length hair, approximately 5'7" in height and wearing a dark coloured hoodie. Suspect 2 is described as a slender First Nations male with short black hair, approximately 5'9" in height and wearing a white t-shirt with black stripes on the arms and black lettering and a number on the back, possibly being a sports jersey.

There are photographs of the suspects in attached photographs taken from the business' security cameras.

Hit & Run-Gravelbourg

Between Tuesday, the 22nd of August, 2017, at 9:00pm, and Wednesday, the 23rd of August, 2017, at 8:30am, suspect(s) hit a parked vehicle on the North side of 5th Avenue West, right off Main Street, in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan.   
The vehicle that was hit is a Black Cadillac, four door car. There was yellow paint transfer to one side, and red paint transfer to the other. The suspect vehicle is believed to be yellow.

Assist to Identify-Armed Robbery-North Battleford

At 4:48 p.m. June 22nd, Battleford’s RCMP responded to a complaint of a robbery with weapons at a convenience store in North Battleford.

Initial investigation has revealed one male and one female entered the building and left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was physically injured during this incident.

Battleford’s RCMP continues to investigate; the amount of cash and weapons used are currently not being disclosed at this time due to the ongoing investigation.

Security cameras were in place and the attached photographs were obtained.

The Turnor Lake RCMP detachment is currently looking for assistance from the public regarding a recent act of Arson in the community.
In the early morning of Saturday August 19th, 2017 in the back yard on a residence on Cataract Street, a garage was set on fire and all of its contents valued at over $10 000 were destroyed.
Turnor Lake RCMP are looking for those individual(s) who are responsible. Both the RCMP and the Birch Narrows Dene Nation want those responsible to be held accountable for their actions.

Assist to Identify-Use of Stolen Debit and Credit Cards

On the evening of July 23, 2017, an unknown female used the “tap” feature on various stolen debit and credit cards in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
The female was wearing black shoes with neon pink, black “jogger” style pants, a black tank top with the Nike “swoosh” and a black hat with pink on it with palm tree shadows in the pink. The female also had a round silver colored watch with a leather wrist band on her right wrist and tattoos on her left arm.

Theft of GOODYEAR Softrac Tires-Martensville

Between 2017-07-21 and 2017-07-23, a pair of GOODYEAR Softrac tires were stolen from a back yard on the North end of Martensville. The tires measure approx 43' tall and are 21.5L- 16.1SL. These tires/ rims are one of a kind. The outer white rim is a farm implement rim, and on the inside of the tire is a stock pick up rim that has been modified & welded into the implement rim. The two tires that were stolen have the tread that goes straight across (not angled like 2 of the 3 in the photos).

Assist to Identify-Fillmore Break & Enter

On August 7, 2017 Fillmore RMCP were called to respond to a break and enter at the Village of Fillmore Administrative Office and Public Library. The event occurred between August 4, 2017 at 5PM and August 5, 2017 at 7AM. Those responsible gained entry to the building by breaking a window in order to unlock a door from the inside. Once inside the perpetrator stole $100.00 in petty cash and a credit card belonging to the Village of Fillmore. On August 5, 2017 at 7AM, bank records and video footage captured an adult male illegally withdrawing $500.00 from the stolen credit card at the RBC branch on Quance Street, in the city of Regina, Saskatchewan.

Theft-Duck Lake

On the 16th day of July a male subject entered the Black Hawks Gas Bar in Duck Lake. The male subject was alone in the store for a short period of time, he entered the managers office and found the keys for the lockbox. The suspect opened the box and stole $700 from it.
The make subject is described as: Caucasian, between 50 to 60 years old, short grey hair.

On August 5th, 2017, at around 9:00 p.m., unknown persons attended the Kelvington Fair in Kelvington, Saskatchewan.  They broke into a vehicle parked outside the horse corrals. A black purse with silver horseshoe-shaped buckles was stolen from inside the vehicle.  The Greenwater RCMP continue their investigation.

Property thefts and a vehicle theft-Wilkie, Sk.

The Wilkie RCMP are seeking assistance from the public in solving numerous property thefts and a vehicle theft that had occurred on the morning of July 27th 2017. At least four vehicles were entered and owners reported thefts of change and other valuables. One vehicle was stolen, and later recovered in the Town of Wilkie.

On July 3, 2017 at around 03:07 am, the Kamsack RCMP responded to an alarm at the Whistle Stop in Norquay, SK. Upon arrival, found the building was entered and sustained damage. Individuals had entered the business and alcohol was stolen.

Break, Enter and Theft from Two Businesses in Bienfait, SK.

During the early morning hours of Friday, June 30, 2017, the Town Office and Library were broken into in Bienfait, SK.   Unknown subject(s) gained entry to the buildings and stole an undisclosed amount of cash,  cheques and bank cards.  The pins to the bank cards were with the cards.  The cards were later used by a  male at an ATM in Weyburn, SK.  Video was obtained from the bank security cameras showing the male  making withdrawals at 05:20 am on June 30​th.  Estevan RCMP continues to investigate.     If you have any information or can identify this individual, please call Estevan RCMP at 306-637-4400 or  Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Theft-Horse Riding Tackle from Hague, SK

On July 28th, 2017 at approximately 7:00 A.M. a report of theft was reported from Matali Equine Riding Centre near Hague, SK. A client of Matali Equine attended the arena and saw a dark coloured truck backed up to the arena, and left shortly after. A black 2015 Ford F-350 with Saskatchewan license plate number 666ELJ was stolen from Warman, SK and is believed to be the suspect vehicle in this investigation. The suspects were able to take an estimated $7000 worth of horse riding tackle which includes: riding saddles, grooming supplies, and other riding paraphernalia. It is believed that the same suspects stole the Ford pickup truck prior to committing the theft at the riding arena. Rosthern RCMP are seeking any information that can help with the investigation and lead to any arrests, and recovering the stolen property. There have also been other similar types of thefts targeting horse riding arena's in the Saskatoon area.

Damage to Grain Bins-Indian Head, Sk.

On July 30, 2017, the Indian Head RCMP Detachment received a report from an area farmer who had significant damage done to two of his steel grain bins. The grain bins were located in a rural location southeast of Indian Head. It appears as though one of the bins was struck by a vehicle and the second bin was driven through completely by the same vehicle. The bins were not holding any grain at the time of the damage. The damage was caused somewhere between June 26 to June 29, 2017.

The RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the vehicle and driver that was responsible for causing this damage to the farmer's grain storage buildings. The police believe that a model of Chevrolet vehicle was involved in this incident. The estimated cost of the damage is $12,000 to $16,000.

Theft-Thomson Lake Golf Course

Members of the Gravelbourg RCMP are requesting assistance on a theft that occurred at Thomson Lake, Saskatchewan.

On Friday the 21st of July, 2017, between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm, suspect(s) stole golf clubs, including the bag and shoes, from golf cart "I", at the Thomson Lake golf course. 

The clubs are Taylor Made Burners (irons) and the woods (drivers) were also Taylor Made. The golf club bag is a black Ogio Golf Bag and it contained a white pair of Nike shoes.

As of Monday, July 24th, 2017, the golf clubs had still not been returned.

Theft of Stereo Equipment-Kipabiskau Regional Park

The Tisdale RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in solving a rash of Thefts that occurred between June 30th and July 17th, 2017 at the Kipabiskau Regional Park. During this time numerous boats had their stereo systems stolen out of them. Items stolen include the stereo, marine speakers, tower speakers, sub woofers and amplifiers.

Assist to IdentifyIn Armed Robbery-Air Ronge

On Tuesday July 18th, 2017 at approximately 10:15 p.m. a business on Highway #2 at Air Ronge, SK was robbed. Initial investigation has revealed a lone male entered the business with what was described as a long-barrelled firearm. The firearm was discharged once inside the business and the male fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. No employees or patrons were physically injured during the incident.

 

The male is described as approximately 5'8” to 6'2” tall with a medium build and wearing a dark blue hooded sweater, black sunglasses, a baseball cap with black and white designs, black shoes, a black and white bandana covering his face, gloves and dark pants.

Missing Cattle

In the last few years,  cattle have gone missing from the Red Pheasant and Mosquito pastures.  It is suspected that individuals are butchering cattle and selling the meat.

Assist to Identify-Assault with a Weapon-North Battleford

On July 3, 2017 at 18:50 hrs two males entered Wally's Food Basket convience store in North Battleford ,Saskatchewan. One suspect left the store when asked by the clerk (Purple sweater) the other (black sweater) assaulted the clerk with bear mace that he produced from under his sweater before leaving the store.

Break & Enter/Stolen Property-south of Saskatoon

Near midnight on Sunday July 9, 2017 (and into the early hours of July 10), a recreational, motor-sports retail business located on Hwy 11 at Floral Road south of Saskatoon was broken in to. Five Polaris snowmobiles, as well as a trailer were stolen.

 

A gate was damaged during the break-in and two suspects drove away in a dark-coloured, 4-door, Dodge Ram, pick-up truck.

 

Saskatoon RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspect vehicle and/or the two adult male suspects in relation to this incident. Investigators are particularly interested in speaking to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and observed any suspicious activity; or anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of the stolen property.

Between September 21, 2016, and September 22, 2016, a residence and vehicle in Mankota, Saskatchewan were vandalized with spray paint. Several of the painted messages included racial slurs.

Vehicle Thefts-RM of Wilton

In the early morning hours of Sunday, July 9th, 2017, a 2015 "Yamaha Viking" 6 seater side-by-side ATV, a "Honda" generator, and a "STIHL" chop saw were stolen from a business in the RM of Wilton.

On Monday, July 10th, 2017, at 1:55 a.m. a 1994, Dodge Ram 1-ton dually, flat-deck truck was stolen from a rural land location south of Marshall in the RM of Wilton.

The stolen Honda generator was recovered by the Maidstone RCMP in a farmer's field east of Marshall and the thefts are believed to be related. The stolen ATV was Camo in colour and the stolen truck was white with the RM of Wilton logo on the side doors.

On June 10, 2017 at around 03:55 am, the Kamsack RCMP responded to an alarm at the Keeseekoose Chiefs Education Centre. During a period from May 31st 2017 to June 26th 2017, Warman RCMP had a series of fuel and battery thefts from the Mobile Grain Railyard in Delisle SK. The thieves have made off with approximately 6,000 Litres of Diesel fuel valued at $5,000.00 dollars in losses.

The following males were involved in the fuel thefts, and were caught on a trail camera committing the offence. The suspects were driving a Brown Ford F250 King Ranch truck and a similar model white Ford truck.

Theft of Meat-Whitewood, Sk.

On May 9th 2017 Broadview RCMP members were advised of a theft of a large quantity of meat in the Whitewood, Saskatchewan area. The meat was taken from a freezer in the garage, which had been pried open. The theft occurred sometime between 0800hrs and 1400hrs. Approximately 50 lbs of beef was taken.

Each package of meat was in a white bag marked "Wawota Meat Market".
