Damage to Vehicle-Radville

Sometime between March 31, 2019, and April 2, 2019, unknown person(s) caused damage to a vehicle that was parked on the 400 block of Healy Avenue in Radville, SK.

The damaged vehicle is a White 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Damage to the vehicle has been estimated at more than $4000.

A large rock was used to smash the windshield and to scratch and gouge the paint on the damaged vehicle.

Theft of trailer- Midale

On March 11th at 4:15 am, an 18ft dual axil, Trail Tech trailer with Saskatchewan licence plate 029KMX, Vin# 2CUL31J9302033229, was stolen from a business in Midale, Sk. The trailer had a skid mounted, red, industrial pressure washer (Serial# 1165) with white water tank mounted on it. The trailer appeared to be taken by a newer model, dark coloured pickup truck.

Theft of Copper - Shellbrook Crushing

At approximately 02:40AM on March 18, 2019, a red two doors vehicle came on the Shellbrook Crushing property.  Numerous cables of copper were cut outside and inside the van which could be worth an extensive amount of money.  One of the suspects seen outside the vehicle wore a lighter jacket with its t-shirt hanging out underneath. The vehicle was
seen leaving Shellbrook Crushing heading east on Service Road, towards Prince Albert.

Theft of Fuel

Between 2019-03-09 at 2100hrs and 2019-03-10 at 1630hrs, A large scale of fuel estimated at between 500-1000 litres was stolen from MURRON FARMS2 (poultry farm off Highway 305 between Martensville and Dalmeny).  The perpetrator gained entry to the property by cutting a gate link with bolt cutters and driving to the fuel tank prior to draining it. It is believed that the perpetrator may have been stealing fuel from the property starting in the fall of 2018.

THEFT- Trailer

On Saturday, 2019-03-23, owner and staff at The Tractor Company of North America Ltd. noticed they were missing a black 2018 Lamar 14' dump trailer from their yard situated at 700 Service Rd, Osler, SK. The last confirmed sighting of the trailer was in their yard on 2019-02-14. Make: Lamar, Model: DL831427, body type: Dump, VIN#5RVDL1426JP066206.

On February 28, 2019 between 11:20 pm and 11:30 pm 2 unknown suspects we noted attempting to break into a residence on 3rd Avenue, in Aberdeen, Saskatchewan. The suspects were wearing dark clothing, face masks and one had a black jacket over top a red hoodie. A slingshot was used damaging a window.

Theft of Wheelchair Accessible Van-North Battleford

On Monday, April 1st, 2019 at 8:00 A.M., the Battlefords RCMP Detachment received a complaint of Stolen vehicle from a residence in the 1000 block of 113th street in North Battleford. The vehicle is described as a grey 2008 Pontiac Montana SV6. The vehicle is wheelchair accessible with a lift and controls to allow someone with disabilities to drive the vehicle.

Assist to Identify-Stolen Ford F250

On Tuesday March 12, 2019, at 3:50 a.m., a shop was broken in to in Rhein, Saskatchewan. Two male suspects stole a black 2012 Ford F-250 with Saskatchewan licence plate 325JMU. They were driving what appears to be an older model 4 door Buick car.

Armed Robbery-North Battleford

On Sunday, March 24th, 2019 at 4:00 PM, the Battlefords RCMP Detachment received a complaint of an armed robbery at the Centennial Park in North Battleford. Two male subjects wearing masks and dark clothing, armed with a weapon, approach a lone person walking in the park and robbed the person of there personal belongings. Battlefords RCMP immediately responded and conducted a search in the area of Centennial park and area.

RCMP Battlefords - Armed Robbery of Food Delivery Driver

On Monday, March 18th, 2019 at 9:20 PM, the Battlefords RCMP Detachment received a complaint of an armed robbery of a food delivery driver that occurred outside of a residence on the 800 block of 110th Street in North Battleford, Sk. Once outside the residence 3 male subjects wearing masks and dark clothing, armed with what appeared to be a firearm, a knife and an oversize can of bear spray approach the driver and rob the driver of the food and debit machine. Battlefords RCMP and Battleford Police Dog Service immediately responded and conducted a search in the area of 110th to 114th Street and 9th to 13th Avenue.

Residential Break, Enter & Theft-Delisle

On February 26, 2019 between 5:00am and 3:00pm, a single suspect gained entry to a residence on 2nd Street West in Delisle, SK. It is believed the suspect had knowledge of and was familiar with this property. The suspect went straight in to a bedroom on the main floor and stole several jewelry boxes (small and large) that contained many pieces of jewelry, mostly costume pieces, but one necklace with a silver colored chain and a heart pendant with diamonds and garnets. The suspect also stole a single Robin Hood DVD Blu Ray video, a package of cigarettes and the victim's prescription medication. The suspect stored the stolen items in a pillow case from the victim's bed and left the residence.

Break, Enter & Theft-Roe Lake Cabins

The Turnor Lake RCMP and Crime Stoppers are seeking assistance from the public in solving a break, enter, and theft that occurred to a number of cabins at Roe Lake, approximately 65 km northeast of Turnor Lake, Saskatchewan.

On March 9, 2019 three (3) unknown persons arrived at remote cabins in the Roe Lake area via snowmobiles. These individuals broke into at a number of cabins at the site. Several items were stolen including ice augers, a chainsaw, and various tools.  Surveillance video at the cabins captured footage of the subjects at the scene. The Turnor Lake RCMP continue their investigation.

Fenwood Break & Enter

RCMP Melville Detachment is requesting the public's assistance locating the person(s) that are responsible for a break and enter into a shop in Fenwood, Saskatchewan. On February 28, 2019, the owners of the shop discovered it had been broken into through a man door on the side of the building. A padlock had been knocked off the door and entry gained. Inside the building several hand tools were stolen.

Assault with bear spray-Kamsack

On January 13th, 2019 at approximately 9pm, an adult male was bear sprayed by 3 unknown people. The incident occurred in the vicinity of the 'OCC Hall' on Park Street in Kamsack.

All three suspects were male, between 18-25 years old. All had hooded sweatshirts/jackets with the hoods pulled tight around their faces so only their eyes and noses were visible. The first two were approximately 140-150lbs with a skinny build.

The first male was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a design on the front. He was also wearing black track/sweatpants.

The second male was wearing a black and gray jacket - the body of the jacket was gray, with black shoulders. The male was also wearing blue jeans and a skull bandana.

The third male was heavier set, and was wearing all black.

The suspects referred to the victim by name, but the victim did not recognize any of them.

Grenfell Co-op Break and Enter

Two suspects are responsibile for the Break & Enter to the Grenfell Co- Op Grocery Store on Sunday February 10, 2019 between 10:00 pm and 10:15 pm.  The first suspect is seen wearing a green camo tuque, black hoodie with light grey/ silver shoulders. Second suspect wearing a grey tuque with faded black hoodie. Both suspects are believed to be wearing artic "Muck" boots. These two will have a large quantity of cigarettes in their possession.

Rosthern Residential Break & Enter


Sometime between February 17th and 20th, 2019 a residence on 3rd Street in Rosthern, Saskatchewan was broken into. There were various items stolen including a 42 inch black flat screen T.V., a Playstation 3 with $250.00 worth of games. The suspects also stole 240 tablets of Gabapentin, 90 tablets of Hydromorphone and 90 tablets of Dilaudid medication. The suspect or suspects used a pry bar to force their way inside the residence.

Smeaton/Choiceland Break & Enters

On Dec 4th, 2018 in the communities of Smeaton and Choiceland, both experienced Break and Enters to several civic buildings.  In Smeaton, the Village office, Legion hall and Recreation center were all broken into and minor damage was done to the interior. 

In Choiceland, the Curling rink, Library, Seniors hall and Town office were all broken into by forcing open the doors, causing damage to the entrances. 

It is believed that all of the break and enters were done by the same people and they did have a means of conveyance between the two towns.

Harris/Rosetown Area Crimes


Sometime between the evening hours of January 3, 2019 and the early morning of January 4, 2019 the Harris arena was the subject of a break and enter.  Locks were broken and alcohol was taken once access was gained. File: #2019-16440

Between the evening hours of January 5, 2019 and early morning hours of January 6, 2019, there was a break and enter into the Rm of Harris shop.  A truck that was parked near the shop was stolen.  The truck was recovered the following day in the Indian Head area, destroyed by fire. File:2019-25289

On February 4, 2019, a mountain bike, black and gold in color, was left at the Rosetown RCMP detachment, by an unknown individual.  We are requesting the individual who recovered the bike, to give the detachment a call. Stolen-1998 Chevrolet 2500

On December 11th, 2018 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM a truck was stolen from a residence in the town of Churchbridge.

The truck is a white 1998 Chevrolet 2500 with per-existing front end damage.

The vehicle has not yet been recovered.

Hit & Run of Power Pole-Rockglen

On the morning of February 13, 2019 around 1:00am, a driver reported a power line was down across HWY 2 approximately one mile north of Rockglen. SaskPower advised that from the vehicle tracks in the snow, it appears that a dually truck hit the guy wire on the power pole which brought the pole down. The power pole was located in a vacant farm yard.

On January 13, 2019 a vehicle was broken into at the Jemini Arena in Saskatoon and another vehicle break in was attempted before the suspect left the scene.

The suspect's vehicle appears to be a Blue 2008 - 2012 Ford Escape. No plate could be obtained.

Hit & Run-Emerald Park

On the night on January 23, 2019 a car drove into the back fence of a residence at Jade Place in Emerald Park, SK. The fence was damaged and the car left the scene. Parts left behind identify the vehicle as a Mercedes B200.

Theft of Catalytic Converters Around Regina

White Butte RCMP are investigating the theft of catalytic converters from Ford pick-up trucks from businesses surrounding Regina. On January 10, 2019, two unknown persons used power tools to cut the catalytic converters from two different Ford F-350 trucks. These parts are valued at more than $7,000.

Break & Enter at Blackstrap Provincial Park

On January 17, 2019, 4:38 am, the shop at the Blackstrap Provincial Park was broken into and diesel fuel was stolen from nearby storage tanks.  The suspect and vehicle is captured on video surveillance but no plate was noted.  The truck is believed to be a Ford F250 or F350 with a chemical tote in the box and aftermarket rims and lightbar.

In late December of 2018 or early January of 2019, someone broke into the outbuildings at a farm yard north of Pambrun, SK in the RM of Whiska Creek. Various tools and supplies were stolen. Items taken included: chop saw, oxygen tank, propane bottle, Dewalt angle grinders, Lennox hole saw kit, grease gun and assorted oils.

Between the evening hours of January 6, 2019 and early morning hours of January 7, 2019, one or more people entered property of Thunder Oilfield Construction Ltd.  A company truck contained equipment that was taken.  The following items were listed:

Residential Break & Enter-Swift Current

In the early afternoon of November 6, 2018, a residence situated on the 100 block of Grey Street West was broken into. The suspects gained entry by damaging the front door of the residence. Once inside the suspects took a number of undisclosed items from the residence.

Battery/Generator Theft-North Battleford

On December 8, 2018 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m, Two unknown suspects entered both the Walmart and Canadian Tire storage compounds in North Battleford, SK and stole over $1500.00 worth of property from from the two locations. The suspects used various wire cutters and their vehicle to load a number of used batteries and a generator into their vehicle. 
The suspects left in what appeared to be a white, 4 door, Dodge Ram 1500. There is a stripe down both sides of the vehicle.

Historical Criminal Negligence Causing Death

 

Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate a historical Criminal Negligence Causing Death which occurred on the night of May 4th, 1985. A grid road northeast of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan in the RM of Paddockwood was washed out from heavy rains that year and was marked with signs on both sides of the wash out.  Unknown person(s) removed the sign from one side of the washout; subsequently, 23 year old Jacqueline Lavoie drove her car into the washed out portion of the roadway and died from injuries sustained in the collision.  Two passengers were seriously injured.

The Prince Albert RCMP are requesting any further information the public can provide in regards to the person(s) who removed the signage which caused the collision.  Anyone with information can contact the Prince Albert RCMP Provincial GIS at (306)765-2105 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 .
