Theft of Bobcat-Maidstone

Maidstone RCMP are currently investigating a matter that occurred on April 20/2017 at approximately 0145hr Tekron Mechanical was broken into by two male suspects.  The suspects proceeded to cut the lock on the gate, entered the compound and attached a 2006 Trailtech Trailer, Grey: VIN: 2CD33AL9462020487, AB Plate: 5FF4-61, to their White Ford UHAUL Truck.  The suspects then loaded up a 2013 Bobcat T750 Track Machine, valued at $81,640.00.  The Bobcat had a sticker on it that said 'TEKRON'. The suspects were captured on surveillance video- One male suspect wearing dark clothing, and dark hat, approximately 5'8".  Both suspects had their faces covered.

Stolen Truck-Paynton

On March 30th, 2017, a red FORD F150 truck was stolen from PAYNTON, Saskatchewan and then was seen in the area of a Home invasion on Sweetgrass First Nation.  On March 31st at 1 a.m. the truck was seen being left at the DELMAS bar by three people.  Two females and one male.

On Sunday, April 16th, 2017 at approximately 9:30 a.m. suspects drove into a fence on the 1300 block of 96th Street in North Battleford, SK damaging it and also the fence in the alley.

On Friday, February 10th, 2017 around 9:35 a.m. an unidentified male stole three electronic fitness items valued at $240.00 from a business on Railway Avenue East in North Battleford.  RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male in this video still for questioning.

Armed Robbery-Rosthern

On 2017 04 17 at approximately 10:00pm a unknown male subject entered the Rosthern Hotel Bar with a older style handgun and demanded cash from the employee. The male suspect had his face partially covered with a black and red mask, male suspect was wearing a black leather jacket with a colourful shirt underneath. The suspect was approximately 5'6 and 155 pounds between 20-30 years of age. Suspect then fled through the front door with approximately $300.00 cash. Suspect is believed to be of aboriginal decent.

Armed Robbery - Homicide - La Ronge

The investigation into the death of Simon Grant is ongoing. Investigators are seeking assistance from the public to identify three suspects who are believed to be involved in this incident. See attached photographs - they are the best quality available.

Suspect # 1 - Details: Believed to be male, wearing a black balaclava, black hooded sweatshirt, dark coloured pants/jeans and carrying a light coloured baseball bat.

Suspect #2 - Details: Believed to be male, wearing black cap, black scarf, black hooded jacket and black pants with the word "BLACK" written across the front in white letters and white striping on the back lower legs. This suspect was also wearing gloves and carrying a handgun.

 

Suspect #3 - Details: Believed to be male, wearing a black balaclava, black long sleeve sweatshirt, dark pants/jeans, carrying a black duffle bag and handgun.


These three individuals entered the business with three known weapons: a baseball bat and two hand guns. We are unable to provide further descriptors of these items at this time.

 

It is believed these three individuals were inside the business for a very brief period of time (less than five minutes). During this same time period, Simon Grant was assaulted and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken.

 

If you recall seeing any vehicles or people leaving the area near Louisiana’s BBQ Restaurant in La Ronge between 10:45 and 11:15 p.m. on April 15, 2017, we encourage you to report this information to police. Even if you do not have full descriptions or make/models of vehicles, please report what information you have.

During the evening of February 24th, 2017 money was stolen from a local business in Wawota, Sk. The culprit(s) gained access to the building and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

ATV and Side by Side Thefts-Spiritwood

Sometime between the evening of Wednesday, January 25th and the afternoon of Saturday, January 28th,2017; 3 ATV's and 2 side by side's were stolen from a local outfitter.

Pharmacy Break & Enter-Melfort

On Saturday the 25th of February, 2017 around 4:40 a.m the Pharmasave pharmacy in Melfort, SK was broken into. Entry was gained through the main doors. The suspects are one adult male and one adult female. The male is described as being in his early 30's, 5'9 and of an average build. At the time of the offence, the male was wearing a light colored hoodie and dark pants. The female suspect is described as being in her early 30's, 5'7, and slender. The female was wearing a black hoodie and dark colored pants with a light solid stripe down the side of her legs.

The suspects have not been identified at this time.

The items taken were a variety of prescription medications including: Hydromorphone, Morphine, methodone, oxycodone.

Assist to Identify in North Battleford Armed Robbery


On February 18th, 2017 around 3:30 a.m. an armed robbery occurred at a business on the 16 Bypass Highway in NORTH BATTLEFORD.  Two masked men were the suspects and they got away with approximately $3000.00.   The suspects have not been identified.  RCMP requests the public's assistance in identifying the males in this video footage.

Vandalism-Moosomin First Nation

Sometime during the early morning hours of February 19th, 2017 suspect(s) smashed out nearly all the windows at a rural property on Moosomin First Nation causing extensive damage.  Battleford RCMP are seeking the publics assistance in this matter.

Break, Enter, & Theft-Rosetown

Sometime between Sunday evening, February 19th, and Tuesday morning, February 21st, a break, enter and theft occurred at a business along Highway #7 in Rosetown, Sk. Initial investigation has revealed a compound at the business was entered and a number of ATVs, trailers and other recreational items are missing.

 

The matter is currently under investigation by Rosetown RCMP and the RCMP Forensic Identification Section.

Blaine Lake RCMP and Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers are asking for your help and seeking information in solving the following crime which happened in the Blaine Lake district in Saskatchewan.

On February 8, 2017 it was reported that sometime between January 2016 and February 2017 a 2013 East Dump Trailer with VIN # IE1D2S38XDRF48569 valued at $80,000 was stolen from Thunder Ridge Farms in Leask, SK. The Trailer is white in colour and approximately 33 feet in length and with an Automatic rolling cover.

On February 16, 2017 at approximately 5 am, unknown persons entered a shop south of Lake Lenore off Highway # 368 and stole a small quantity of fuel, food and also a box of Express SG farm herbicide.  The chemicals were unique as they were in small containers given to customers as a promotion.

Hit & Run-Assiniboia area

The Assiniboia RCMP request the public's assistance in locations the person(s) responsible for a traffic collision that occurred on Highway #2 just north of the Highway #42 junction at approxiamately 7:10pm, January 21st, 2017. The person responsible was driving a northbound vehicle and crossed the centre line, striking a southbound truck and causing damage to the truck's driver side mirrow and window.

Assist to Identify in Theft of Hockey Gear-Saskatoon

On January 25, 2017 at about 2003hrs, the suspect entered the Jemini Arena near Saskatoon, went to the lower level and took a hockey bag full of women’s hockey gear and sticks. The suspect then left the arena.

The gear is valued at about $4000.

Break, Enter, & Theft-Nissan Dealership-Yorkton

On 2017-02-15, Yorkton RCMP were notified of a break and enter to a property owned by the Nissan dealership in Yorkton. Police learned that supect(s) had broken into a shipping container on the property and stole several summer tires stored within. This is believed to have occurred between 2017-02-01 and 2017-02-15.

The Battlefords Detachment are seeking the public’s assistance on the following crime:

On January 17th, 2017, two youth entered a business located at 9800
Territorial Drive in NORTH BATTLEFORD, Saskatchewan, and stole a pocket knife from the display case.  The youth removed the knife and hid the packaging on another shelf and left the store after being noticed by the staff.  The youth then went to another store at that location and attempted to steal a pair of pants but were observed by staff before they could take anything.

Assist to Identify in Shellbrook Armed Robbery

In the early evening hours of January 29, 2017, Shellbrook RCMP were dispatched to an armed robbery at the Shellbrook Hotel. A Caucasian male walked into the establishment with a machete and stole the tray from the cash register. The male left on foot out the main entrance where he most likely got into a vehicle of unknown description and fled in an unknown direction.

The suspect was described as having a black scarf over his face, wearing a grey and black hoody with grey ski pants.

Theft of Televisions-Battleford

Sometime between 6 a.m and 9 a.m. on February 1st, 2017, two televisions were stolen from two separate rooms at a hotel located near the 16 Bypass highway, Battleford.  The suspects gained entry into the hotel rooms from the outside window and are believed to have walked out of the room into the hallway and out a side door with the tv’s.

Assist to Identify-North Battleford Theft

On January 23rd and 31st, 2017, a suspect went into a business on Railway Avenue East in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, and stole a Booster Pack valued at $320 and a Dewalt Drill valued at $230.

The suspect has not been identified.

WANTED-Steven Albert McCauley

Cumberland House RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 23-year-old Steven Albert McCauley of Cumberland House.

McCauley has a warrant for his arrest and is wanted on the following:

        Assault causing bodily harm – sec. 267(b) CC
        Breach of Recognizance – sec. 811 CC

McCauley is known to frequent Cumberland House, Prince Albert and Saskatoon. He is described as:

5 feet, 11 inches tall
Stocky build
Short black hair
Brown eyes

On November 26, 2016 the Southey RCMP recovered a stolen vehicle on the Piapot First Nation, Saskatchewan. The investigation has identified two male suspects who were in possession of the stolen vehicle when it was in Regina, Saskatchewan just prior to Southey RCMP recovering the vehicle.

Morse RCMP is looking to identify either of the two persons or vehicles noted below. A large generator stolen out of Alberta was recovered roadside and believed to have fallen out of the green pickup on November 5, 2016. The male wearing the hat has a noticeable limp with his right leg.

Assist to Identify in Break & Enters-Indian Head

Indian Head RCMP are currently investigating a Break and Enter into two residences in Indian Head on Victoria Street and Otterloo Street. The break and enter occurred between the 24th and 25th of January, 2017 in Indian Head, Saskatchewan. Numerous items were stolen including credit cards.

These credit cards were used by the male suspect at multiple businesses in Indian Head and Regina.  Photos of the male suspect and his vehicle were obtained from surveillance footage at these businesses.  The vehicle is unique because it is a dark blue older model GMC pickup truck with a white hood.

Assist to Identify-Theft-Swift Current

Between the hours of 1:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. on January 2nd 2017, a vehicle parked near the intersection of 10th Avenue NE and North Railway Street in Swift Current was damaged and had items taken from the vehicle. Amongst the stolen items, a credit card was taken and then used later that same day. Security images from the time and location where the credit card was last used show the below person of interest.

Break & Enter-Burstall, Sk.

On Monday, January 9th 2017, the Leader RCMP responded to a call of a farm yard that had been broken into west of Burstall, SK. The main Quonset and two additional storage buildings had been broken into. There was damage to the doors of all three buildings and damage to the gas tanks on the property as well. On the same evening another farm yard one mile west on Highway 321 was also reported to have been broken into.

Sometime between Monday night, January 23 and Friday morning, January 27 suspects drilled a hole into the gas tank of a white 2008 Ford F150 which was parked at a local business on the 200 block of 8th Avenue in Humboldt.  It is believed that the gas was then collected in a pail and placed into the tank of a waiting vehicle at the scene.

Sometime between Thursday night, January 26 and Friday morning, January 27 at least two suspects stole a green 1998 Dodge Caravan from a garage in the 600 block of 5th Street in Humboldt. At the time of the theft, the van had Saskatchewan licence plate # 003IHL and had decal on the side window which stated "Wes's Handyman Services 231-4159" in blue lettering.
 
Approximately 1/2 a block away, during the same time frame,  the tires and chrome rims were stolen from a black 2009 Pontiac Torrent SUV which was parked at a local business on 7th Street.

Sometime between January 22, 2017 and January 23, 2017 there was a break and enter into a rural residence and outbuilding in the Rural Municipality of Mountain View.

Over $16,000 of property was stolen including a rifle, shotgun, 65" flat screen TV, Blue Ray player, sound bar, leaf blower, chain saw, and a large number of miscellaneous Milwaukee tools.

Assist to Idenify-Gordie Howe Jersey Theft


Warman RCMP are requesting assistance in identifying the male in these photo's in relation to the theft of the Gordie HOWE jersey that was stolen from the Asquith Arena on January 29th.
 
On Tuesday January 31st,  an unidentified male entered Al Anderson Sports in Saskatoon and inquired as to the sale price of a Gordie HOWE jersey that was encased in glass.  The male did not leave any contact information.

Theft & Arson-Kelvington area

The Greenwater RCMP and Crime Stoppers are seeking assistance from the public in solving a Theft and Arson that occurred on Hwy 756 in the RM of Kelvington, Saskatchewan.

At approximately 8:45 p.m. on January 20th, 2017, police located a vehicle on fire in the RM of Kelvington, Saskatchewan. The vehicle is described as a grey 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, license plate 778JSL. It was determined that the vehicle had been stolen from the Porcupine Plain area. A 365 Husqvarna chainsaw and Stanley Wrench tool kit were stolen out of the vehicle prior to the fire. The Greenwater RCMP is continuing their investigation.

Mischief-Yorkton Landfill

The Yorkton Rural RCMP is seeking assistance from the public in relation to mischief to a piece of construction equipment near the Yorkton landfill. Sometime between January 1st and January 16th, 2017 the windows of a Komatsu dozer were damaged by a suspected firearm. No one was inside the dozer at the time of the incident.

Around late December 2016 several properties in the resort area of Jan Lake including the Jan Lake Resort were broken in to. The suspects appeared to drive their vehicle from property to property, break in through windows or doors, steal small items and then move on.

Hit & Run-Lafleche, Sk.

Members of the Gravelbourg RCMP are requesting assistance on a hit and run that occurred in the town of Lafleche, Saskatchewan.

On the 13th day of January, 2017, between the hours of 6:00P.M. and 8:00P.M., suspect(s) driving a smaller red vehicle hit a parked pickup truck on 1st Street East then fled the scene.

The front passenger side/head light of the red vehicle is damaged. The red paint colour is that of a bright red.

Assist to Identify-Valley Regional Park in Rosthern

On January 9th, a camper at the Valley Regional Park in Rosthern was broken into by a lone male. 2 campers and 3 sheds were damaged (the locked were broken).

This is what we can see from the pictures:

·      The suspect entered on January 9th 2017 around 3:40.
·      He was wearing white shoes, white pants, a two colors winter jacket, a light color Touque.
·      Wearing a head flashlight and was wearing gloves.
·      Something like a screwdriver or a little crowbar was used to force the doors.
·      The suspect looks like a tall male (6 feet), over 185 pounds and around 40's.

Cabin Break-ins-Grennwater Provincial Park

The Greenwater RCMP and Crime Stoppers are seeking assistance from the public in solving the following crime which happened at Greenwater Provincial Park, Saskatchewan.

Between January 1st and  January 15th, 2017, unknown persons broke and entered into two cabins at Greenwater Provincial Park, Saskatchewan.  This resulted in damage to the crawl space of one cabin. The Maidstone RCMP is requesting is requesting information from the public in an effort to solve a crimes that have recently been reported:

 
Between December 16 and December 22 a large amount of steel rig tubing was stolen from an oil lease site near Maidstone, SASK. The pipe is 60.3 mm tubing cut into 30 foot lengths with internal coating and would of required heavy equipment to remove. Similar incidents have been reported in the Wainwright and Kitscoty areas.
 
Between the evening of January 1 and the early morning of January 2, 2017 a garage in Marshall, SASK, was broken into and a 1999 Honda Fourtrax, Red in color, was stolen. The ATV had custom racks and a seat on it. The culprits are believed to of rolled the vehicle out of the garage, down an alleyway and then loaded it onto a truck or trailer.
 
On January 3, 2017, The Legacy Fire Dept reported that a vehicle was on fire on a well site near Lone Rock, SASK. Upon Police arrival a Ford F350, white in color was located. The vehicle and plate, Saskatchewan 122JTL, were both stolen. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Biggar, SASK.
 
Between January 6 and January 9, 2017 approx 10 yield signs and 8 Range Road signs on Township 482 in the RM of Eldon were deliberately damaged and run down by an unknown vehicle. The vehicle is believed to be black in colour.
 
On January 14, 2017, it was reported to the Maidstone RCMP that a vehicle in Lashburn, SASK, had been damaged in an attempt to steal it. The vehicle's ignition had been tampered with sometime over night. The vehicle was located on the east side of the town.

Stolen Snowmobile-SW of Carmel, Sk.


Sometime between the night of Thursday, January 5 and the morning of Friday, January 6, 2017 a snowmobile was stolen from a sled deck on the back of a truck parked in a rural location SW of Carmel. The snowmobile is described as a black 2012 Arctic Cat M8 with a decal package with  several colors including yellow, blue and pink (photo attached).

Assist to Identify-Armed Robbery-Assiniboia


On January 9, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., Assiniboia RCMP received a complaint of an armed robbery at a business located on the 200 block of 1st Street East in Assiniboia.  A male entered the business and demanded money from an employee while motioning as though he had a firearm.  No weapon was seen during the incident.  The lone employee inside the business at the
time of the incident was not physically injured.

The suspect fled the business in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of money.  Investigators believe the suspect left in a vehicle; however, there are no witness reports of a vehicle description.  The suspect was wearing sweat pants, a hooded sweatshirt and a balaclava.

Hit & Run-Yorkton

On the evening of October 9, 2016 at approximately 9:00pm a semi trailer entered the parking lot of McDonalds in Yorkton. The semi tractor struck a parked vehicle causing significant damage along the drivers side of the vehicle. The driver then fled the scene travelling east down Broadway Street. The semi tractor is described as being green in color with the words 'STT' on the side in black letters. The semi tractor did not have a trailer attached. The driver is descibed as a darker skinned man with short black hair and stubble for a beard.

Assist to Identify-Pangman Bank Robbery

On Wednesday, January 4th, 2017 at approximately 10:20 a.m. a financial institution in the community of Pangman was robbed. Initial investigation has revealed a lone male entered the institution and demanded cash. He fled in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash. No weapons were involved in the incident. Employees inside at the time of the incident were not physically injured.

The male is described as Caucasian, approximately 5'7'' tall with a stocky build. The male was wearing a tan coloured coat and dark coloured balaclava. The male possibly left the scene in a red SUV, license plate unknown.

Sometime between Friday, December 23 and Tuesday, December 27, 2016, unknown persons removed the papers from the bulletin board in the Watson Post Office, took them outside and set them on fire. Items on the bulletin boards (ie tacks,other papers and felt) also had some scorching to them, most likely from a lighter.

Assist to Identify-Humboldt Home Hardware Theft

On Monday, December 19th, 2016 at approximately 15:45hrs, two First Nations females entered the Home Hardware store in Humboldt, SK. The two suspects spent several minutes loading a shopping cart with various expensive home items and then left the cart by the back door of the store. The women drove their vehicle around to the back door of the store, loaded the items from their shopping cart into their vehicle and began to drive away. When confronted by an employee who observed that the suspects had not paid for their items, the vehicle sped through the parking lot and fled.

The suspects were driving a newer white Chevrolet SUV (most likely a 'Traverse' but the exact model & year aren't known). Black tinted windows, black roof rack, brushed aluminum rims. The first 3 characters of the Sask license plate are believed to be “461”. The vehicle was dirty at the time of the incident.

Firearm Theft-Archerwill, Sk.

On November 19th, 2016, at around midnight, unknown persons attended the Archerwill Hotel in Archerwill, Saskatchewan.  They broke into a vehicle parked outside the Hotel. A lever-action Browning 30-06 rifle was stolen from inside the vehicle along with some ammunition.  The Greenwater RCMP continue their investigation.

Truck Theft -Blaine Lake

On November 26th, 2016 between the hours of 1:30am and 8:00am a 2006 white Ford F350, plate number 615 IVQ was stolen from Blaine Lake, Sk. The truck is a crew cab, long box with a slip tank in the back of the truck and a MCL Contracting decal on the back window. Since this incident, the MCL decal and the slip tank may have been removed.
