Missing-Brian FRANKO
Brian FRANKO was last seen on July 10, 2015 walking away from the Saskatchewan Hospital. He did not appear to be in a good frame of mind. Brian was walking toward the South Saskatchewan River when he was last seen. Extensive searches were conducted, with no success.
