The driver of the vehicle was confronted by a member of the public because they were suspected of throwing eggs at houses. The driver was aware he hit the other vehicle but left the scene. The suspect vehicle has partial plate JML.

On January 15, 2021 at around 12:28am, two individuals, believed to be teenagers went around La Loche and slashed tires on 10 different vehicles. Six on Toulejour Street, two on Little Lake Ave., and two on Descharme St. While running away the Suspects broke to window to a house at 200 block Montgrand street.
The suspects where described as both wearing checkered jackets one being around 6ft tall while the other was around 5’8.

Sometime during the night of February 23rd the Rural Municipality of Maryfield shop located at 999 Main Street, Maryfield was broken into. Approximately $2000 worth of tools were stolen including a Milwaukee 3/4 inch impact, Milwaukee 1/2 impact, Milwaukee cordless angle grinder, Milwaukee cordless 1/4 grinder, Milwaukee cordless reciprocating saw, Milwaukee 1/2 inch cordless drill, and a Lincoln 175 wire feed welder. The male suspect appears to be wearing a white or light colored jacket and appeared to be driving a dark colored 1/2 ton Chevrolet short box truck.

On February 18, 2021, Melville RCMP responded to a suspicious persons/vehicle complaint at a rural property near Fenwood, Saskatchewan. At approximately 4:24 p.m., the homeowner noticed that a black car, driven by an unknown male, had backed in near their garage. As the homeowner went to investigate, the car drove to the end of the laneway and waited.
As the homeowner went back to the house to call 911, they were confronted by a second suspect who had been inside the house. The suspect was walking out of the residence carrying a number of firearms. The suspect allegedly pointed a handgun at the homeowner and fled with the stolen firearms to the waiting car. Both suspects then drove away heading westbound on Township Road 234. The homeowner did not sustain any physical injuries as a result of this incident.
Officers immediately conducted patrols in and around the area but neither the suspects nor the vehicle were located.
Suspect one (the driver) is described as being a white male, possibly in his late 20s, approx. 5’5”-5’6” tall, with a clean-shaven face.
Suspect two is described as being a white male with a light tan, possibly in his mid-30s, approx. 6’0” tall, with a clean-shaven face.
Both suspects were wearing dark hoodies.
The vehicle is described as a black four-door mid-sized sedan, possibly a Chevrolet.
In total, five firearms were stolen from the residence:
30-30 Winchester lever action rifle
30-06 M1 Garand rifle
.22 cal. Cooey Model 82 with a scope
12 gauge shotgun
10 gauge shotgun

On the morning of February 11, 2021 the Rosthern RCMP received a complaint of Theft from Zak’s Building Supply and Contracting in Hague. Several cordless and hand tools were stolen. Suspect was driving a smaller silver or white car, with possible right fender damage.

The Weyburn RCMP are asking for assistance from the public for information regarding a number of thefts from SaskPower facilities in the past few weeks.
Two SaskPower substations in the Halbrite area reported heavy ground cables were stolen.
Not only is this incredibly dangerous, it could also cause power outages to large areas in Saskatchewan.

On January 27, 2021, between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. in the RM of Corman Park, Saskatchewan, two suspects were noted on video surveillance using a pry bar to enter the Baitur Rahmat Mosque damaging the doors in the process. The two suspects are observed arriving and leaving the scene in grey car believed to be an early 2000’s Honda Civic.

North Battleford RCMP is looking to the public for assistance in locating 32-year-old Charmaine Brett Bear from Battleford, Saskatchewan.
Charmaine Bear currently has a warrant for her arrest for Failing to Provide the Necessaries of Life contrary to Section 215 of the Criminal Code and Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm contrary to Section 221 of the Criminal Code.
She is described as being approximately 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 123 lbs with a slender build. Charmaine has long, black hair and brown eyes. Charmaine is also known to go by the name Charmaine Spyglass.
Charmaine Bear is believed to be driving a grey 2018 Kia Optima (4-door) with Saskatchewan license plate 796 LRM. She is known to frequent the Battlefords area, Mosquito First Nation, and Saskatoon.

On Friday, January 29, 2021 the Carnduff RCMP Detachment received a report of a significant theft of a trailer and two snowmobiles from a residential yard located in the Town of Oxbow. The trailer was described as a homebuilt trailer bearing Saskatchewan license plate 448 LGS.
The snowmobiles were described as a white coloured 2008 Polaris RMK 600 bearing Saskatchewan license plate 358 MD (VIN: SN1PK6FS48C355510), and a yellow honeycomb coloured 2005 Ski-Doo Renegade bearing Saskatchewan license plate 359 MD (VIN: 2BPSBS5C25V000037).

Big River RCMP request the public’s assistance in locating an adult male wanted in relation to a sexual assault reported to police on January 18, 2021 shortly before midnight. The assault occurred at a residence in the community of Big River First Nation.
The male fled the residence after an altercation with the female victim, who was then able to contact police. The female was treated by medical personnel for injuries sustained during the assault. No further information about the victim will be provided.
As a result of investigation, Skylar Blaze Lachance (1998-08-13) from Big River First Nation is charged with:
- 1 count, sexual assault, section 271 of the Criminal Code
- 1 count, assault causing bodily harm, section 267(b) of the Criminal Code
- 1 count, utter threats, section 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code
There is a warrant for Skylar Lachance’s arrest.
He may be in the community of Big River First Nation or Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation, but this has not been confirmed. He should not be approached. Lennie Mervin Oneeye has been wanted on outstanding charges since February, 2020.
He has been charged with the following offences:
Sexual Assault Section 271 of the Criminal Code;

Mischief – Damage to Property Section 430(4) of the Criminal Code (X2);
Assault with a Weapon Section 267(A) of the Criminal Code (X4);
Possess Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose Section 88 of the Criminal Code (X2); and
Fail to Comply with an Undertaking Section 145(5)(a) of the Criminal Code (X8).
Members of the Turnor Lake, Buffalo Narrows and La Loche Detachments have been trying to locate and arrest Lennie Mervin Oneeye so that he can be brought before a judge. Mr. Oneeye is believed to be in the La Loche, Turnor Lake and/or Buffalo Narrows areas and actively evading arrest.

Onion Lake RCMP are looking to the public for assistance in locating 22-year-old Kayla Brannan Carter from the Onion Lake Cree Nation.
Kayla is described as being 5’4” tall and weighs approximately 200 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. She has the word “Novaleigh” tattooed on her arm and the right side of her chest. Kayla was last seen wearing a black sweater and black sweat pants.
Police and family are looking to confirm Kayla’s well-being and that she is safe.

Between October and December of 2020, a local farmer had 35 cows and 28 calves on multiple sections of land between Moosomin and Fairlight went missing. All the cows were branded with a bar over TE. Livestock Services are assisting with the investigation, and will know if any of these animals hit auction marts, etc. The 35 cows consisted of 22 black and white 13 red cows. Steer calves have green ear tags, heifer calves have yellow ear tags, calves aren't branded. This is being investigated as a theft.

On Sunday January, 10 2021 there was a Break and Enter to a residence on Main Street in Swan Plain, SK. The suspects appeared to have parked in the driveway in front of the residence and forced their way into the residnece through the front door.

Sometime around December 27th, 2020 PSI Mining quonset and office (Thiesen Rd, 15 minutes east of Saskatoon located in a gravel pit), was broken into and numerous tools were stolen. On January 8th, 2021 two snowmobiles and a homebuilt trailer were stolen from outside a residence in Maymont, SK.
Members of the community reported seeing a red or brown van pulling a trailer with snowmobiles out of Maymont at around 11:30 am that day.
One of the snowmobiles was recovered from a property in Delmas, SK.
The trailer and stolen snowmobile still missing is a black 2014 Polaris Pro RMK 800.

On December 29, 2020 at around 1:54 am, 2 unidentified persons broke into the fenced area of the RM of Moose Creek maintenance yard. The persons cut a hole in the chain linked fence and accessed an unlocked C-can. Nothing was stolen. The unidentified persons were driving an older two toned silver and dark grey SUV.

Sometime over night on January 9, 2021, someone stole a 2017 Polaris Razor XP1000 (3NSVFE993HF930750) from an acreage in the RM of Dundurn. The ATV was parked outside by the garage. The vehicle is similar to the one pictured below.

The Waskesiu Lake RCMP are requesting the publics assistance in locating the person responsible for a theft of fuel from LT's Food and Fuel off of highway #2 and the Waskesiu Lake junction on December 29, 2020 at approximately 2:15 PM.
A male in a white Ford truck with rubber tubs in the back filled up with $90 worth of diesel and then left LT's Food and Fuel without paying. The white Ford truck then travelled south bound towards Prince Albert.

On December 10th, 2020, a break and enter occurred on a property approximately 2 miles north of Goodeve at approximately 6:15pm and last seen on property at 9:28pm. At least two suspects can be seen throwing items into possibly a Dodge Caravan (or similar style van) with two different styled rims. There was a 2nd vehicle possibly an older Ford or Chevy SUV.

On the night of December 21st, 2020 between the hours of 11:22pm and 11:28pm, two unknown individuals walked onto the grounds of the RM building in Insinger. The suspects entered into the shed through the door on the right. Once inside, the suspects stole the Ford F-350. The F-350 has a slip gas tank on the back and a low profile light on its roof. License plate 313LJX. VIN 1FTWW31R78EA99096 (Right picture). The tire impressions were found on the property of another unknown vehicle. Both the truck and other vehicle left the property.

Between 07:00 AM on Saturday December 5, 2020 and 08:30 PM Sunday December 6, 2020 someone stole 2 cables from a welding truck parked in front of TOTO & CO IRONWORKS on 1 Avenue West in Gravelbourg. One of the cable was #1 gauge 250 feet long and the other one 180 feet long #2 gauge.

On or about November 27, 2020, a detached garage to a residence near the community of St. Walburg within the RM of Frenchman Butte, SK was broken into and a number of items were stolen, including a Dewalt cordless impact drill, a Big Buddy heater, vehicle battery charger, a battery for a camper, and a large Jerry can of gas.
An old motor home was noticed near the residence on that date, however, no pertinent details were known about the camper.

On November 29th, 2020 Humboldt RCMP were dispatched to multiple Break and Enters in the towns of Muenster and Lake Lenore.
3 buildings on Railway Street in Muenster, had been broken into between the hours of 8:00 pm and 4:00 am the next morning. There were also 3 attempted break and enters into 3 separate buildings in Lake Lenore during this same time period. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into these businesses and stole items once inside.
RCMP believe all these incidents are related.
